How to reach the conference room
The conference will be held in Palazzo Ducale, the 14th-century Palace of the Doges.
Palazzo Ducale has two main entrances: one from Piazza de Ferrari and the other form Piazza Matteotti
The Conference room, Sala del Maggior Consiglio, is on the first floor of the building
If you enter the Palazzo from Piazza De Ferrari, go straight about 30 meters and go up the stairs on your right. Elevators are located on the far left.
If you enter from Piazza Matteotti, the stairs will be right in front of you while the elevators will be about twenty meters to your left.

Cancellations occurring at least 10 days prior to arrival are without charge. Subsequent cancellations occurring from 9 days prior to arrival onwards or no show will be charged at 100% for entire stay.
